About Me

As a counsellor and yoga teacher, I bring the body and mind together where there has often been separation.
My first career as an architect allowed me to offer my clients beautiful and comfortable spaces. I offer non-judgmental deep listening, while you find your own resources to cope with challenges in life.

Areas I can help with

I treat people holistically and individually, working with whatever you bring. I specialise in bereavement counselling having been a volunteer for Cruse Bereavement Care UK for several years.

As well as offering counselling for anxiety and depression, I also use mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxation methods if appropriate, depending upon your needs.

Group therapy might be focused on a common issue to the participants, and the group shares strategies to deal with a specific problem, promoting personal development, but also achieving individual goals.

I work with Companies, delivering wellbeing workshops and training, for the leaders and workers in different areas of activity and department.

Therapy for adults and adolescents, confidential and adjusted to your needs. The therapy is tailored to best suit the person who starts the counselling journey.

online counselling

I offer online counselling, in a private and confidential way. I help people all over the world. You can be comfortably sitting in your sofa, at home, or having a break at work. 

mindfulness and breathing techniques

The use of mindfulness techniques has proved to help people as part of the therapy. I also share other strategies to cope with anxiety, such as breathing techniques, guided imagery meditation, body scan, etc., according to the person’s needs.

I also work with groups and offer corporate and teambuilding workshops on resilience, wellbeing and stress management.

How many sessions do you recommend?

6 is the minimum I would recommend but it depends on your needs and goals.

Do I have to sign anything?

Yes, a Counselling Agreement. I offer a 15-30min free online session, to explain the Counselling Agreement and clarify anything or answer any questions related to the therapy.

There is no commitment to continue with the sessions after this first one. If the client chooses so, I will send the document via e-mail, to be signed and returned.
