It’s Ok to be me!
This is something I hear a lot from my clients at the end of the therapy and from students, when they finish their courses. Counselling gives people the empowerment for self-acceptance and self-compassion, contributing for higher levels of self-awareness and self-esteem.

This is one of the reasons I feel so passionate about my mission, what I do is more than working with people! After all, ‘we are all one

I studied in the United Kingdom, University of Wales – Trinity Saint Davies. I have been helping people in the UK and in Portugal since 2017.

I have also been teaching Counselling courses since 2019.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and also a Member of the European Association for Counselling (EAC).

I am also specialised in Bereavement Counselling, being a volunteer for Cruse Bereavement Care, since 2017.

I also work with groups and offer corporate and teambuilding workshops on resilience, wellbeing and stress management.

How many sessions do you recommend?

6 is the minimum I would recommend but it depends on your needs and goals.

Do I have to sign anything?

Yes, a Counselling Agreement. I offer a 15-30min free online session, to explain the Counselling Agreement and clarify anything or answer any questions related to the therapy.

There is no commitment to continue with the sessions after this first one. If the client chooses so, I will send the document via e-mail, to be signed and returned.
