Group therapy might be focused on a common issue to the participants, and the group shares strategies to deal with a specific problem, promoting personal development, but also achieving individual goals.
Psychoeducation is key for group therapy. As the facilitator, I will share counselling theories, so that people can understand themselves better and deal with the problems in a more positive way.
Some of the issues brought to group therapy are: loss and bereavement, divorce and separations, parenting, chronic diseases, anxiety, relationship issues, etc.
I work with Companies, delivering wellbeing workshops and training, for the leaders and workers in different areas of activity and department.
The workers can find different tools to cope with stress, to gain more resilience, prevent exhaustion and burnout.
Teambuilding activities have proved to be very effective for improving productivity, sharing strategies, an opportunity to learn from each other.
Training, Well-being Workshops and courses:
- Resilience in a time of crisis
- The importance of communication in the place of work
- The importance of self-care/ managing time and boundaries
- The importance of active listening in the work environment
- Stress management
- Mindfulness and breathing techniques
- Self-care strategies to cope with anxiety

Therapy for adults and adolescents, confidential and adjusted to your needs. The therapy is tailored to best suit the person who starts the counselling journey.
Through therapy, I can help people to deal with anxiety, reducing their levels of stress. This might contribute to prevent illnesses. I encourage my clients to adopt strategies, such as reframing of thoughts, to have a better understanding of themselves, a and to see themselves , the world and others in a more rational and positive way. Goals might be set at the beginning of the therapy and they can be achieved in a very short period of time.

I offer online counselling, in a private and confidential way.
I help people all over the world. You can be comfortably sitting in your sofa, at home, or having a break at work. We can have our online sessions via Zoom or Skipe. It has proved to be very effective!
The use of mindfulness techniques has proved to help people as part of the therapy. I also share other strategies to cope with anxiety, such as breathing techniques, guided imagery meditation, body scan, etc., according to the person’s needs.
