The use of mindfulness techniques has proved to help people as part of the therapy. I also share other strategies to cope with anxiety, such as breathing techniques, guided imagery meditation, body scan, etc., according to the person’s needs.

How many sessions do you recommend?

6 is the minimum I would recommend but it depends on your needs and goals.

Do I have to sign anything?

Yes, a Counselling Agreement. I offer a 15-30min free online session, to explain the Counselling Agreement and clarify anything or answer any questions related to the therapy.

There is no commitment to continue with the sessions after this first one. If the client chooses so, I will send the document via e-mail, to be signed and returned.
